Our volunteers are precious to us. We recognize that we cannot do this on our own and we need the community’s support. Alone we are just a rain drop but together, one big ocean. That’s also why we make a point to meet the different needs of our volunteers. We listen to them and we evolve into something better with them.

I really enjoyed working with CRC residents. I was surprised that although there were some boys who were reluctant to learn yoga, many of them were quite focused and serious during the practice. I truly hope that they enjoyed the time spent practising under my guidance. I also appreciate the staff of 2g21, who genuinely demonstrate great care for their families and who check with me after every class if I had any difficulties conducting classes. 2g21 It is a fun and rewarding experience money cannot buy. Age is also not a limiting factor as both volunteers and the participants learn from one another. The programing is challenging I feel that all the sessions and events I’ve been in are worth the time. One way or another, I’ve managed to touch the lives of others and likewise, they touched my life too.

During my time as a participant, I saw how 2g21 engaged everyone and always have a best outcome outlook to things. They adapt quickly and always strive in living within quality and state of excellence. Together with my interests for camps/programs, I begin to volunteer with 2g21. It has been enlightening. I started off because of interest, but I stayed because of others and my own personal development. 2g21 has a unique set of values and the people are always welcoming, as we are family. It is always a joy serving the youths and I really learnt a lot about myself and others. I’ve not seen any other organization like this before.
