1. Toes Surround……………………....10 points

2. Fingertips Surround.………………..10 points

3. Knees Surround…………………....18 points

4. Palms Centers………………………. 2 points

5. Wrists’ Surround……………………...2 points

6. Elbows’ Surround………………….. 14 points

7. Navel…………………………………...1 point

8. Solar plexus………………………..….1 point

9. Left, Right and Middle of forehead ...3 points

Treat each 58-61 points for a maximum of (5)seconds each only. Start treatments with the toes points, small toe 1st, move next to the knees, then to the fingers small 1st.,Next treat the Palms center points, then to the wrists points, . Move on to the Navel point, then to the Solar Plexus point. Finish with the left, right and middle forehead points. For two treatments, wait at least (5) minutes before starting a new treatment. Try refrain from other forms of treatment during treatment periods . Treatments can be repeated after a period of relapse.
